Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and develop a restaurant management team in the Clarksville area. You will oversee guest service, training, coaching, and daily operations, while focusing on retention and leadership development.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, executing merchandising programs, and using P&L/store data to improve performance. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Focus on maintaining high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Oversee restaurant conditions to comply with policies and Health Department standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and guest experience.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities
