7-Eleven in the US is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, merchandising execution, and customer service excellence, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will work with an Assistant to build a capable team and coach associates through training programs and performance feedback.

Preference given to candidates with retail management experience and a High School diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required; opportunities for advancement come from a strong

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Ability to implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability using P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
