The position requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and the ability to work across teams to deliver results while maintaining safety, stock levels, and a high standard of store appearance.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the store leadership team to drive merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Use store and P&L reports to identify opportunities and optimize profitability.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
