Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching across all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empowering employees and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate ability to use store reports to drive change and manage P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the store's merchandising and marketing programs.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
