Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Store Manager-2 in Milton, GA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail consultants. You will manage merchandising, product launches, and customer experience while meeting service goals and participating in off-site promotional events.

Strong leadership and 3+ years of telecom sales experience are required, along with planning, analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders to execute initiatives beyond the store walls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
