Job summary

Asurion's uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Store Leader to drive growth in repair volume, sales, speed, and customer satisfaction. You will coach and motivate a team, manage operations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Starting pay is $24.75 per hour with uncapped commission and profit sharing; average monthly incentive potential is $915, with opportunities for additional incentives based on performance. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.
• Coach and motivate your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.
• Maintain store operations, including inventory management and a clean environment.
• Inspire, develop, and coach team members to reach their full potential.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Guide your team in delivering excellent service and tailored tech solutions.
• Lead by example to address customer issues and help your team through challenges.
• Oversee repair quality, inventory, and a welcoming space for customers and employees.
• Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.
