Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Strong cash handling and deposit control knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per policy.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel to close gaps.
• Set pay rate recommendations and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance expectations and coordinate safety meetings.
• Open/close store on a schedule.
