Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting documents and safety rules.
• Cash handling procedures and deposit control knowledge.
• Inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train qualified employees to staff the store.
• Provide performance evaluations and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store on schedule at least twice weekly.
• Monitor sales, profitability and inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and store security.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
