Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As Store Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team to excel in customer service and sales.

You will drive store results, maintain brand standards, and lead daily operations with accountability for performance. You will develop your sales consultants, manage schedules, and participate in weekly leadership calls while advancing a culture of performance, collaboration, and integrity in a fast-paced wireless

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor.
• Coach team members one-on-one and motivate them to reach higher performance levels.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy and ensure targets are met daily/weekly/monthly.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure brand compliance and store readiness.
