Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Estero, FL. You will lead a store team, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.

As a member of Lids, you will manage daily operations, train staff, and maintain store presentation in line with HQ directives. This role requires leadership, reliability, and a passion for sports fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor store staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations, urgent requests, and resolving to 'make it right'.
• Ensure customers can participate in Lids membership programs or in-store offers through education.
• Adhere to visual guidelines for merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Dress Code Policy.
• Execute operations directives from HQ and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) with daily audits and maintenance.
• Maintain facilities, supplies and services, place repair orders, and replenish stocks.
• Open/close the store following Operations Manual.
