Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support day-to-day retail operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding service in our St. Louis store.

The role includes coaching a team, executing merchandising standards, managing inventory, and coordinating events and CRM activities to reward repeat customers. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in client service with at least 2 years in store management; evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a client service-related capacity.
• Minimum 2 years in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Provide an approachable sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop / retain a following of repeat clients.
• Recruit, train, and coach a team of associates and support managers.
• Create and manage in-store events, merchandising and CRM activities.
• Manage inventory control, front-of-house organization, and operations.
