Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive sales through customer service excellence, supervise opening/closing, staffing, payroll and on-floor coaching, while ensuring brand standards, visual displays and omni-channel fulfillment are executed with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and brand awareness.
• Demonstrate leadership in training and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
