Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with people leadership.

You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure best-in-class customer service while executing floorset updates and sharing product knowledge. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, staffing and scheduling, payroll, training and development of non-management staff, merchandising, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintains a strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
