Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with people leadership and brand knowledge. You will drive sales through analysis and exceptional service, supervise daily store operations, and lead staffing, training, and development.

The role emphasizes floorset updates, visual displays, and omni-channel support. You’ll recruit, train and engage a team, uphold company culture, and grow with internal promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines. Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
