Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to provide exemplary customer service, drive sales, and share product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, assist with stock and merchandising, and support store management in daily operations.

The role emphasizes friendly, energetic service, effective communication with customers and teammates, and a proactive approach to achieving store goals. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18+ and able to open/close the store several times per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary selling and customer service to improve store productivity.
• Offer product recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with store team and management.
• Open and/or close the store as assigned.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and stockroom duties.
