Job summary

Little Green Apple is seeking a part-time Sales Leader to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and model best-practice retail execution. The role includes leadership within the store, sharing product knowledge, and managing daily tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include inventory and merchandising, assisting with stockroom duties, and ensuring a warm, inviting shopping environment that encourages customers to return and build relationships with the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and also work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
• Two years of experience in specialty retail, sales, or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a warm, inviting, easy-to-navigate shopping environment.
• Building and sharing expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs.
• Serves as a support for store management with the team.
• Helping customers find the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Sharing and showcasing stories and communities of caring to reinforce the cycle of kindness.
• Managing store operations: product replenishment, merchandising, ringing sales, processing shipments, inventory, and curbside orders.
• Delivering an exceptional consumer shopping experience that leaves guests inspired and eager to return.
• Working as a team to meet sales goals and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
