Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, manage daily store operations, and lead a team with a focus on customer service and brand standards.

In this role you will open/close the store, supervise staff, and ensure accurate payroll and scheduling, while maintaining product knowledge and visual standards to support omni-channel fulfillment and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service-minded approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise store operations.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll for the team.
• Train and develop non-management staff and coach on product knowledge.
