You will train non-management teammates, coordinate staffing and payroll, maintain product knowledge, oversee visual standards, and support Omni Channel orders while upholding company values.

• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.

• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
