You will also train and develop staff, maintain visual displays, and use sales data to guide decisions. A strong fashion sense and proactive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive results with a strong work ethic and effective communication.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and analyze reporting to inform decisions.
