You will recruit and coach both part-time and full-time staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and analyze performance data to improve results. This role emphasizes leadership, fashion knowledge, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business results in retail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations with a focus on customer experience.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand presentation to drive sales.
• Ensure visual displays meet Brand and Corporate standards.
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment and stockroom/OMNI operations.
• Analyze reports to guide decisions.
• Protect store assets and oversee maintenance.
• Execute opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS systems and cash handling.
• Represent the Brand and uphold company culture and values.
