Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, staffing, and payroll, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead training and development for non-management staff, demonstrate product knowledge, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and handle POS and Omni-channel orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
