Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory, customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Ability to coach others and balance multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom with focus on service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build visual displays and maintain brand standards.
• Process Omni-Channel orders and operate POS.
• Protect assets and conduct inventory controls.
