You will coach and mentor team members, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising and store up-time while delivering strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry is preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Take direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and build development plans for the team.
• Manage store operations, staffing, data reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, device security, and store cleanliness.
• Lead merchandising and planogram compliance as required.
• Complete opening/closing activities and target attainment.
