Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within retail or wireless environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team to achieve goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on sales, operations, and merchandising.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales metrics and quotas.
• Analyze staffing needs and store performance data to ensure up-time and smooth operations.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
