Food Lion is seeking a Store Manager to lead total store operations in Atlantic Beach, NC. You will drive financial performance, growth of the customer base, and execution of corporate initiatives with strong planning and delegation.

You will build relationships with associates and customers, ensure safety and food safety standards, and lead a team to meet goals while maintaining excellent customer service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Solid understanding of store operations required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to use technical information to solve problems.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or will obtain accreditation within 90 days of employment; must maintain accreditation.
