Qualifications

• 5+ years in a retail environment or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Mid-level management background with supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 20-40 team members across departments.
• Develops future leaders through training and SOPs.
• Leads voice of the customer initiatives to improve service.
• Coaches on product knowledge, systems, and operations.
• Manages opening/closing store duties and labor reporting.
• Recruits, hires, and trains new team members.
