Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager in Auburn, WA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage hiring, training, and team development while ensuring compliance with schedules, payroll, and company policies.

You will also oversee product strategy, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotions, collaborating with district leadership to meet KPIs and deliver an engaging fan experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong supervisory skills with ability to train staff and assess retention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training or meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours based on business needs.
• Demonstrated managerial capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets and customer service excellence.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment to make it right for customers.
• Direct in-store team to ensure optimal service and support store operations.
• Promote Lids membership programs and special in-store offers through staff education.
• Manage scheduling and payroll compliance and align with policies and budgets.
• Plan and manage store schedules considering qualifications, availability and performance.
• Ensure operational continuity during disruptions (closures, absenteeism, hours).
• Implement company directives and promotions at store level.
• Oversee product strategy, receiving, merchandising and inventory control.
• Lead weekly pricing, markdowns and visual merchandising; monitor sell-through and inventory accuracy.
