Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, manage training, and ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

A focus on engagement, productivity, and brand standards is essential for success. You will also oversee inventory, merchandising, and promotions while maintaining compliance with policies and providing a welcoming, inclusive store environment for customers and teammates

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills and ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours based on business needs and maintain excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute store selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members to support company objectives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll compliance, and store operations to maximize efficiency and minimize loss.
• Drive product strategy, merchandising, and inventory accuracy across receiving, processing, and selling.
• Guide weekly markdowns/price adjustments and monitor sell-through to optimize inventory.
