Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service while driving sales targets.

You will also perform essential cash reconciliation, open/close duties, and participate in the store’s smooth running. This role offers career progression within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferred in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor sales staff to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and related cash handling tasks.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis as needed.
