You will engage customers through social media, store apps, and clienteling while maintaining operational excellence and adherence to company policies. A strong retail leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, reporting, and merchandising is a plus.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.

• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Implement merchandising plans and promotions on time.
