Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brattleboro, Vermont. You will lead a team to deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice while growing customer relationships. The role requires guiding day-to-day service on the teller line or platform with strong leadership and regulatory awareness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience, strong communication, and supervisory skills. A Notary license and NMLS eligibility are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required or preferred depending on role.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred) and NMLS eligibility may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues in achieving store objectives and delivering legendary customer and colleague experience.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective, compliant delivery of personalized service and advice.
• Oversees complex sales/advice activities involving multiple steps and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end banking advice to customers, highlighting product features and benefits based on customer needs.
• Drives Advice Behaviors and coaching to achieve daily/quarterly/annual targets.
• Builds trust with customers through educational content, proactive insights, and recommendations.
• Maintains knowledge of local market trends to support advice recommendations.
