Qualifications

• Retail store leadership experience required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or leadership in retail/sales preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time experiences.
• Own daily sales strategy and store performance metrics.
• Manage staffing, opening/closing, and shift coverage; ensure store up-time and compliance.
• Drive training, development plans, and talent growth for team members.
