Job summary

• Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps.
• Manage store staffing and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor operating statements for sales, profitability and inventory.
• Oversee ordering and merchandising to meet stock targets.
• Ensure cashier accountability and security practices.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership.
