Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, identify gaps and counsel or terminate when needed.
• Manage pay, advancement and performance expectations.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open/close the store each day and ensure proper staffing and operations.
• Review sales, profitability and stock levels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee inventory planning, ordering, and cycle counts to meet targets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and signage align with standards.
• Maintain cash integrity, key control and security practices.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a clean, safe store environment.
