Job summary

Dollar General is seeking an experienced Store Manager in the United States to oversee all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory, and customer service. You will lead hires, supervise performance, enforce policies and ensure compliance with safety and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities include scheduling, in-store execution, vendor relations, and driving sales while controlling shrink and expenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and evaluate employees according to policies.
