Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policy; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps via counseling or termination as needed.
• Make recommendations regarding pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
