Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and safety policies is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Train employees, conduct evaluations, identify gaps, and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Oversee staffing, opening/closing, and daily store operations.
• Manage performance, safety, cash control, and customer service leadership.
• Ensure inventory management, pricing, and merchandising standards.
