Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to grow and develop a high-performing team while driving store results. You will coach in real time, uphold our culture, and deliver elevated service with speed and polish.

You will manage daily operations, merchandising, and key metrics, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail, and actively hire and develop talent to strengthen the brand’s presence in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with others.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Strong visual merchandising with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand and be active 100% of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Does not want to be an influencer.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset to create a welcoming, inclusive, and personalized experience for each guest.
• Deliver elevated service at speed by coaching real time and maintaining culture.
• Embed our mission and values into every part of the store experience; educate and coach Team Members on the SKIMS story.
• Create a strong floor presence and lead through Operational Excellence.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity.
• Lead through the lens of impact; build schedules and manage controllables.
• Model Learning Agility by being solutions-oriented, coachable, and focused on growth.
• Actively hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Build clear development plans for your team and support career progression.
• Bring clarity, structure, and accountability through communication.
• Set the tone for teamwork, energy, and resilience.
• Motivate through data, behaviors, and outcomes and align daily actions to the long term vision.
• Partner with HQ Support to align on big picture strategies.
