Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Waldorf, MD to lead a team on the sales floor and ensure a premier customer experience. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, while managing merchandising standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).
• You can lift 40 pounds as needed and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
