Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Store Manager for our West Los Angeles location. You will oversee daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure top guest experiences while meeting store targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in leadership within retail or hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for coaching and developing staff. You will drive engagement, adherence to safety standards, and operational excellence across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership in retail/hospitality with proven operational results.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams to drive performance and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
• Passion for people leadership, coaching, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop team members aligned with company virtues and principles.
• Act as a role model of values and foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations and accountability across the team.
• Own recruitment, interviewing, onboarding of team members; build future talent pipeline.
• Develop team members through structured development plans and regular feedback.
• Drive guest loyalty and satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
• Maintain a safe, compliant store environment and uphold brand standards.
• Develop optimal shift plans and efficient workflows; manage inventory and costs.
• Drive store EBITDA and overall performance through strategic initiatives.
