Job summary

Joe & the Juice in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operation, lead the team when the manager is not present, and ensure top performance across all areas.

You will cultivate a guest-first culture, uphold brand standards and health & safety guidelines, manage stock and training, and help drive sales and store profitability while building a career with our Moneyball advancement program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture
• Demonstrates a strong ambition to grow into a people-focused leader and build a long-term career in management

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in alignment with company principles to deliver guest experiences
• Coach and train staff to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture
• Foster guest-first interactions and build strong relationships within the local community
• Maintain hygiene, health, safety, and brand standards in compliance with guidelines
• Support stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering to optimize costs
• Assist in driving sales growth and achieving store KPIs
