Job summary

Yesway in Aubrey, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff development. The role focuses on training, scheduling, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will resolve customer concerns, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in audits, and oversee accurate merchandising and inventory controls. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth opportunities within a growing convenience chain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
