Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and staffing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees per laws and policies; ensure staffing.
• Provide training, evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Help determine pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Set expectations for performance, conduct and safety; lead meetings.
• Open and close the store daily with proper procedures.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to spot trends and issues.
• Oversee stock, ordering, and cycle counts to meet targets.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and price signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash/security controls.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership.
