MilkShake Factory in Pittsburgh is seeking a capable leader to own front- and back-house operations, drive guest experience, and supervise retail store performance. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and uphold safety, quality, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with 3+ years in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Proven track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing retail teams, brands, operations, and financials.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Positivity, adaptability, and time management in a performance-driven retail environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, operational, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and/or handle packaged goods up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front- and back-house operations and customer experience.
• Develop systems for cash management, food safety, inventory, and staff performance.
• Support HR activities including training, coaching, and retention.
• Schedule staff with the Manager within budget.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage consumer insights for annual and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain security measures and reports.
• Be the brand advocate at events and for corporate accounts.
• Keep POS systems running smoothly.
• Lead with style and substance to shake things up.
