Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, and cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and lead store operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond professionally to general questions, applications, and requests per policy.
• Handle cash, deposits, and bank pickups as required.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate operations, training, and staff development to hit targets.
