Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations when unresolved.
• Handle and process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate store operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and support coverage across district stores.
