Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product offerings to meet needs.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and resolve inquiries.
• Escalate issues to DDO and Corporate Office when needed.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and bank pickups as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
