Dollar General is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist the Store Manager with supervision, merchandising, deposits and store profitability while protecting assets.

The role involves leading staff, scheduling, training, cash handling, and ensuring policy compliance to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.

• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages, markdowns and deposits.
• Support planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cash handling integrity and deposit procedures.
