Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Bloomington, IL to lead a single Panda store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial performance and exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package with bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K matching, PTO, and more. This is a full-time, on-site management role that offers growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members through hands-on training and effective supervision.
• Ensure consistent guest experiences and adherence to safety and quality standards.
