Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Bloomington, IN to partner with the Store Manager and coach the team to achieve sales and service targets.

You will manage store operations and open/close duties as the manager on duty, ensuring a strong customer experience and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities include leading by example, communicating priorities, recruiting staff, and driving business through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business sense.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems and POS.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop team members.
• Lead store operations and drive sales performance when on duty.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
• Recruit store staff and foster an inclusive environment.
• Support achievement of sales, service and operational goals.
• Utilize store reports to inform business decisions.
• Implement store programs to improve efficiencies.
